The latest Call of Duty-related news suggests that the series might be doing even more time travel.
This weekend saw the premiere of the teaser trailer for the Treyarch-developed Call of Duty: World at War, giving us a chance to see what World War II warfare looks like when presented through the Call of Duty 4 game engine.
And a new rumor about Call of Duty 4 developer Infinity Ward suggests that it has a science fiction game in the works: A new project, or a futuristic setting for CoD6?
World at War certainly looks good, and the Japanese voice-overs make sure we all realize that this latest entry in the franchise is bringing us to the Pacific front.
Past, present, or future, I just want to enjoy the same kind of presentation and action that Call of Duty 4 achieved so masterfully.
