"We rely on borrowings to meet our operating needs," Atari said, after revealing that the company's net revenues for fiscal 2008 were a relatively diminutive $80.1 million, reports Kotaku.

This is a sharp decline from fiscal 2007's $122.3 million in revenue and continues a trend of diminishing profits for the firm who, in fiscal 2005, earned $343.8 million in revenue.

In addition to their loans, Atari also relies heavily on their Dragonball Z licensed games. According to the firm, that license alone accounts for 49.1 percent of their total revenue.
