The Diablo Battle Chest, a compilation pack of the first two Diablo games and the expansion for the second, has jumped to the top of the PC game sales charts following the announcement of Diablo III last weekend, reports Gamasutra.
The seven-year-old compilation beat out Valve's Orange Box, the latest Sims 2 expansion and even Blizzard's own World of Warcraft Battle Chest to take the top spot.
We still have no idea when Diablo III will hit store shelves, but if this fervent rush to buy up the old Diablo games is any indication, it looks like Diablo III is going to sell like hotcakes to starving, wealthy wolves.
