(((The much put-upon Baltic state of Estonia has released their military strategy for cyberwar. Maybe its just me, but there's something really weird and even unnerving about seeing a small remote country whose first language isn't English saying
"cyberspace threat cyberspace threat" over and over.)))
((I mean, I can remember the first time I read the word
"cyberspace" in a photocopy from a manual typewriter. Granted, that manuscript had been snailmailed from distant, exotic Canada, but...)))
