When British TV comedies come to U.S. TV, they can go the way of The Office and become cross-cultural hits, or they can fade away like a starving, poisoned rat – a la Coupling.

Now an Americanized version of an edgy, BAFTA-winning comedy, Peep Show from the U.K.'s Channel Four is coming to Spike TV.

The single-camera show features the neurotic stumblings of two roommates – a buttoned-up cubicle hack and a failed musician. Events are always featured from the first-person perspective of one of the show's main characters.
