It was earlier this week that Ricardo Montalban passed away. While the Khaaaan! meme has been around a while, it took on a new dimension this week when Google was used to count the number of times the letter 'A' was used in the word 'Khan' - from 1 to 100. Formula is in the title of the graphic.
Found via Boing Boing, the Flickr page for this is where it gets fun. Why?
- the person released the data set for his graph in comments
- the graph is now already out of date
- commenters have suggested cron jobs that would automate and update the graph on a daily basis.
