With the environmental wolf at the throats of the general population, maybe it's time for the environmental movement to admit the colossal extent of its failure. They've finally got a US President who's green, but if the end-goal is a liveable planet, then the Greens have failed to deliver to an extent that rivals the "unthinkable" extremities of finance, car companies and newspaper chains.
