*For instance, Kevin Kelly, for excellent reasons, only runs affirmative testimonies about tools, ideas and services that really work for real people. This implies the need for a shadow service, CRUEL TOOLS, about personal infrastructure that inflicts complete mayhem on the user and everyone around him.
There's sure plenty of that stuff out there. It's not ever gonna be in COOL TOOLS.
