To see cyberpunk as a globalized, non-Anglophone phenomenon is really interesting; at last, all these cyberpunk stories set in locales like Chiba, Istanbul and Dusseldorf are finding an apotheosis.
*Obviously the most eager geeky searchers online are gamers. Will the abiding fanbase for "Cyberpunk 2020" outlast 2020?
*From now on, when confronted by the stereotypical Sterling interview question, "Is cyberpunk dead?" I can pass the buck to Google Analytics. Cyberpunk may indeed be dead, but with a persistent data-shadow like that, what real difference does it make?
