Job Description
Spime is seeking an Inside Professional Services Sales Executive to generate revenue for its global engineering services practice. The position will be located in the company’s Newark, CA offices. For the right candidate there is flexibility to telecommute. Position requires some type of technology sales experience.
Duties
1. 85% of time prospecting by phone to prospective customers located in USA and Europe
2. Make basic oral and written presentations to outline company’s services capabilities
3. Set meetings for VP of sales and other reps in local geographies
4. 5% Coordinate between engineering and outside sales on services projects
5. 10% of time performing sales support tasks for VP of Marketing and Sales
Skills
Qualifications
1. Minimum one year inside sales experience, preferably selling mobile software or engineering services with a track record of generating leads that result in sales
2. Selling Skills - prospecting, persuasive communication / presentations, active listening, helping to close
3. Basic understanding of mobile software desirable; must have some technology sales background
4. Good English speaking and writing skills
5. Basic computer skills – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
6. Polish and appearance capable of moving into outside sales
