*They're like the steampunk emergent superpower.
Our english/portuguese vidcast called SteamCast - http://steamcast.com.br/steampunk-steamcast-001/ - had almost 50 thousand hits around the world since its launch on December 25th.
After the release of SteamCast #001 we had our anual telepresence SteamPunk Conference we call Virtual SteamCon and it went very well, giving hints about what we have in store for SteamPunk enthusiasts in Brazil and around the world.
I have news on our SteamPunk magazine called "Vapor Marginal" ("Marginal Vapor" or "Marginal Steam"... - maybe even "Steam Punk" - in english). The direct link to the magazine is http://vapormarginal.com.br/edicoes/numero-000/
In the website VaporMarginal.com.br the 40 pages magazine is available in two formats: a 44Mbyte PDF download and a FlippingPage Flash gizmo to go through the magazine without the need for downloading it. For now the mag is only in portuguese, but we intend to publish the articles in RSS form so it can be translated by Google Translator (kind of lame... but it works for some I guess).
