Ars Electronica jury weekend in Linz

*I was a member of the Ars Electronica jury in Linz this year (because I am gray and dignified), and it was indeed an interesting experience.

*Me and my fellow conspicuously-international jury members wrote what we thought was a crackerjack official "jury statement" for our "Digital Communities" award category. However, you can't read it yet. We'll have to wait, like everybody else, until the winners are announced. That'll will happen when Ars Electronica is darn good and ready.

The process of deciding which works are singled out for recognition is quite elaborate.
