*Okay, even if music magazines these days are somehow supported by Austrian energy-drink companies, that is one heck of a piece of music writing. The music scene was so wealthy and animated back in those days – compared to our own days, anyhow – that Eno getting by in some Manhattan loft reads like the Renaissance adventures of Benvenuto Cellini.
