"Changsha's Broad Group and its Broad Sustainable Building division (BSB) plan to build an 838m tall skyscraper. Using a revolutionary modular construction technique they will be able to build the record breaking tower in a matter of months, thus reducing construction costs and waste while increasing safety on the construction site.
