iPhone SE 2022, main camera. The lone 12-megapixel rear camera on the iPhone SE does a great job during the day, exposing this bright scene well while delivering sharp details.
iPhone SE 2022, main camera. The SE held its ground here in this dim tunnel. Some of the details are a bit fuzzy if you look too closely, but it's still well exposed.
iPhone SE 2022, main camera. This might not be the most appetizing burger but it sure was delicious. The iPhone SE maintained the right colors and sharpness. Zoom in and you can see some crispy details on the patty.

Photograph: Julian Chokkattu04iPhone SE 2022, main camera. This image accurately conveys the exact scene in real life. The only flaw is the foliage on the trees on the left looks more like an oil painting.
Photograph: Julian Chokkattu05iPhone SE 2022, main camera. Despite the bright, white sky, the iPhone SE managed to expose the bark of the tree well. It's not shrouded in darkness.

Photograph: Julian Chokkattu07iPhone SE 2022, selfie camera. This is a pretty bad selfie. My face is a bit blurry, the colors are very muted, and nothing is sharp. Compare this with the following photo taken by the similarly priced Google Pixel 5A.
Photograph: Julian Chokkattu08Google Pixel 5A 5G, selfie camera with Night Sight. It's almost a night and day difference. I'm way sharper, colors actually pop here, and there's no blur.

Photograph: Julian Chokkattu10Google Pixel 5A 5G, main camera with Night Sight. It could still stand to be sharper, but it's more detailed than the iPhone photo. More importantly, there's some life to this image with the colors it captured.

Photograph: Julian Chokkattu12Google Pixel 5A 5G, main camera with Night Sight. The colors are so much nicer (and more accurate here) on the Pixel image. Obviously, the whole image isn't blurry either, though this could have been captured at the split second my dog stopped moving.
Photograph: Julian Chokkattu13iPhone SE 2022, main camera. If you stay still enough you can capture some decent low-light shots like this. You can see how muted the colors are compared to the following Pixel photo though, and how some parts of the image are shrouded in darkness.
