Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G and Moto G Stylus 2023 Camera Samples

Moto G Stylus 5G, main camera. Compare this photo with the following one. This is a pretty decent shot at Yankee Stadium in New York City. Colors are vibrant and details are relatively sharp, though there *is* a lot of grain.

Moto G Stylus 2023, main camera. The cheaper Motorola phone has slightly muddier results, particularly in the sky. Zoom in and you'll notice some of the details are fuzzier too.

Moto G Stylus 5G, main camera, Night Vision. Compare this photo with the following one. You need a very steady hand to get a photo at night that's not blurry, and clearly, I failed a bit here. The colors are a little much here but the scene has been brightened up pretty well.

Moto G Stylus 2023, main camera, Night Vision. This phone captures the scene is overall much darker and not as colorful, a little too much that it's somewhat murky. It's just as sharp though (and by that I mean it's also slightly blurry).

Photograph: Julian Chokkattu05Moto G Stylus 5G, main camera, Night Vision. Compare this photo with the following one. It's well exposed (a little too much brighter than what it was in real life), the colors are pleasant, and it's decently sharp.
Photograph: Julian Chokkattu06Moto G Stylus 2023, main camera, Night Vision. Again, this photo is a touch too dark than what it was in real life, with all the colors sapped away too. It's not as sharp as the pricier Moto phone.
Photograph: Julian Chokkattu07Moto G Stylus 5G, main camera. The colors veer toward the unnatural here, but I like the detail captured on the tree and the leaves, and the warm rays of light peeking through the greenery.
Photograph: Julian Chokkattu08Moto G Stylus 2023, main camera. The colors in this shot again are a bit too dialed up for my taste, and there's a strong “processed” look—particularly the tree, which looks like it has been over-sharpened.
Photograph: Julian Chokkattu09Moto G Stylus 2023, main camera. The trees weren't as dark as they are here in real life, but at least you can see some of the green. It's sharp, though the whole photo looks more gloomy.
Photograph: Julian Chokkattu10Moto G Stylus 5G, ultrawide camera. I didn't really like any of the photos that came out of the ultrawide. Many of the details are fuzzy here (like the people on the pitch), and there's a lot of noise.
Photograph: Julian Chokkattu11Moto G Stylus 5G, main camera. It's a pretty sharp photo that captures the colors of the sky fairly well.
Photograph: Julian Chokkattu12Moto G Stylus 5G, Portrait mode. I was pleasantly surprised by this shot, which looks super sharp and delivers a nice bokeh effect around my dog's fur. It's really well-exposed with nice colors.
Photograph: Julian Chokkattu13Moto G Stylus 5G, main camera, Night Vision. The colors are a little bizarre here. The reds are too red, but if you can stand still, you can get decently sharp results. Look closely though and much of the details in the photo look blotchy. You can't see the actual bricks on the brick building.
