    432 Park Avenue is a supertall, a rising genre of skyscrapers that includes the 1,396-feet-tall Manhattan building along with 1 World Trade Center. It's also been panned heavily by some critics for both its boxy design and the price tag on its units, which make it only a boon to the very wealthy.
