New York governor Andrew Cuomo revealed new plans for Penn Station's makeover.

The new train hall, which is to be built in the old Farley Post Office Building across the street from the current station, is set to open at the end of 2020.

The current Penn Station will also get a renovation. The ceiling of the LIRR concourse will be replaced with LEDs showing a blue sky and clouds.
