Carl Lewis wins his fourth Gold Medal at the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles. This was Miller's first *SI* Olympic cover at his first Olympic Games. He was mainly shooting boxing but headed over to track on a hunch that Lewis would drop the baton. Instead he won gold. Analog SLR, 400mm lens.
