Artefact realized that people hold digital cameras differently than ones with viewfinders or even our iPhones. They created an angled touchscreen that can tilt, so when you hold the camera below eye-level you can easily see what's in the frame.

The screen can flip all the way up as well as flip vertically for portrait orientation.
