'Tis the season to be gory, as modern exploitation movies like the remade [I Spit on Your Grave](http://www.ispitonyourgravemovie.com/) and the unrated *[Hatchet II](http://www.hatchet2.com/)* hit the cineplex during the annual run-up to Halloween mayhem. Honoring the genre last month, Wired.com rounded up our favorite classic B movies and invited readers to reveal their favorites. The result? An avalanche of more than 100 titles, ranging from obscure goof-fests like [Evil Bong](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evil_Bong) and [Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead](http://www.poultrygeistmovie.com/) to genre classics The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Blacula and Night of the Living Dead. It has it all: baffling coarse dialogue, high-school-play-level acting, boom mikes falling into the shot, kung-fu hookers and some ridiculous-looking clothes. Possession ---------- Zulawski's Possession (1981), with Sam Neill and Isabel Adjani, a great cross between an art film and drive-in fodder. Sam and Issy talk to themselves/psychotically yell at each other bug-eyed, people literally roll across the walls (for no apparent reason) as they babble inanities, Adjani has an eye-poppingly hysterical, disgusting moment where she aborts her creature-lover's baby in the subway, Sam circles her wide-eyed as she makes love to said large, bloody, Carlo Rambaldi-created creature, etc., and with an ending that would baffle David Lynch — now that's entertainment! *—krisg*

Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky ---------------------------- While in college, my friends and I stumbled upon Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky. At first we thought it was not real, but seeing is believing. After watching Machete this weekend, I thought it may be the goriest movie I had seen. Then a friend reminded me of *Riki-Oh*. Choking someone with his own intestines, exploding torsos and crushing someone's head with his fists, *Riki-Oh* has them all (and then some). Definitely a low-budget masterpiece that will have you laughing and cringing until the end credits roll. *—JudasPato*

I Spit on Your Grave -------------------- I was really surprised by how good this 1977 movie was. The writing, and the performances of the lead actress and lead actor (the alpha male of the local boys), were really, really good! And the dialogue, for the most part, came off extremely natural. The weakest part of the film was the clichéd depiction of the "simple" character. But even then, he was very believable as someone very torn over the happenings in the film. I just wish there had been a short scene showing how big of a *Gilligan's Island* fan he was. LOL!
