Wake up wake up wake up.
(breaking)
(suspenseful music)
Who are you?
Remember me?
(Screams)
When we kind of started Nightmare
on Elm Street, you know speaking
with Sam the director.
He kind of wanted to get back to
the origins of Nightmare on Elm Street.
You know he kind of felt that that
first one was really kind of darker
and more serious and that it had kinda
from there it went on to sardonic humor
and kind of became campy and comedic.
You know in a great way.
It was kind of of that time.
But Sam wanted to get back to it kind
of being darker and so that's what
I focused on was just kind of getting
at a more pissed off angry Fred.
(screeching)
(screaming)
Watchmen is, that is such an amazing piece of work.
I love that character.
That's probably just the coolest
character Rorschach that I've ever played.
Of all the characters I've played,
that character affected me more than
I effected him.
In a weird kind of way, you know,
he is such a cynical character and
I kind of locked my self up
for six months while playing that guy.
I was isolated.
And i just was kind of running everything
through this filter and when
the movie was over I really find
myself much more cynical.
Now of course you know the world
has been helping to bear that out
you know over that last few years,
but yeah he's made me more cynical.
(mysterious music)
