Can you talk to me a little bit

about how management rolls out initiatives?

Once a week we have an all hands sales meeting

with the entire group

to relay important announcements

or upcoming events that we need to know.

So have you guys felt like coming out

of those meetings do you have questions

or need some clarity that you maybe used Slack

to be able to get that?

All the time.

I think it's essential.

I think that's why we have Slack.

If you're in a large group you don't wanna

raise your hand and say hi, I have a question.

It's me in the back.

Jump on Slack and you can reach out

to your senior management, your directors,

your vice-presidents,

and say hey, can you explain this further?

Can we talk about this later?

I sit right next to my manager

and we still use Slack constantly.

We have a ton of different revenue reports

and a lot of them could be called

very similar names,

and we just make sure that we know

exactly what we're talking about

that we're both on the same page.

Totally, it's like I'm constantly

following up with my boss.

I'm clarifying questions, things I missed.

I think it's a great tool

to sort of outline your processes.

I've worked on certain projects

where there were production time limits,

or there were schedules and you can pin

those into the chat.

It helps me to kinda balance what I need

to put my priorities into.

Sometimes in emails we make a mistake

and we can't edit it obviously.

In Slack you can which is amazing,

so it's kinda like that never happened.

Yeah exactly.

And no one's confused.
