This is a truly old-school fixie.

It's a Superior High-wheeler Boneshaker,

and it's the most dangerous object in the office this month.

This 48-inch wheeled monster is a recreation

of a vintage Gormully and Jeffery penny farthing bike.

It's got mustache handlebars, and weighs 35 pounds,

which is about twice what a normal bike weighs.

So how do you change a flat on this?

You don't actually, both the 48-inch front tire

and the 16-inch rear tire are made of solid rubber.

So all you really have to worry about

is not killing yourself.
