The Minimalist Way To Keep Track Of Your Wallet And Keys
Released on 05/06/2026
So, we all know about the Ridge wallet, right?
Simple little way
of carrying your cash and your cards in one place.
Small, minimalist.
Not gonna bother talking too much about this
'cause we all know about it already.
There are a few other products though,
that Ridge sells that I've been testing recently
that I've really enjoyed.
The first of which is this, the Ridge key case.
Ridge isn't the only company
that makes product like this,
but I did not know these even existed.
So obviously, this is just a simple way
of keeping all your keys in one place
without needing your key ring.
And throughout my life, I've been that guy
that has way too many keys in his key ring
for no good reason.
And because this is sort of a minimalist form factor,
it forces you to have less keys.
This can fit between two and six.
So it forced me to pare it down to really the essentials,
and that has been helpful.
This puts it in a certain order,
and I've found that when, you know, in the moment,
I'm able to find the key that I need quicker.
The other thing is that this obviously folds down
and stores them away,
which protects them from other things
in your pocket or in your bag.
You're not gonna accidentally scratch something.
So, a simple little way of keeping your keys together,
it's really well built.
It comes in a bunch of different colors.
That's the Ridge key case.
The other thing I wanna talk about
is another simple product.
It's this, the Ridge tracking card.
It works just like an AirTag
or a similar type of product,
in that you can always know where this is.
And this was designed specifically for wallets.
Fits perfectly into a Ridge wallet, obviously.
But I've also found that it works equally well
with a sort of standard leather wallet.
It's the type of thing you can stick in there,
completely forget that it's there.
But then in the moment when you need it,
in your time of need,
when you've lost your wallet or it's stolen,
you'll always have access to it
within Apple's Find My ecosystem.
And like I said, this is designed for wallets.
I mean, you could technically stick an AirTag in here,
but you'd probably end up ruining your wallet that way.
Whereas, this is the size of a credit card.
Fortunately, it's a lot more durable than a credit card.
It's thick and it's well made.
It's not gonna crack or break
when you have this in your back pocket.
So that is the Ridge tracking card and the Ridge key case.
Couple of products from Ridge
that I've personally liked a lot.
