(grungey rock music)
I think the, overarching motif of this week
is none of the rides are what we were expecting.
Yeah, well, I mean we kind of followed
the river down to the ocean, and you know
somewhere maybe a little more than halfway
we started to realize that there
was real wind coming in off of the ocean.
And by the time we got there, it had dropped
at least 10 degrees.
We were all kind of, working pretty hard
even to go downhill, and shivering a little,
and then as we came around we had
a nice big climb.
(soft rock music)
It was hard, it was a lot of work.
And then, kind of cruising back
through some canyons,
and moving really fast.
So John Bradley, and Bradley Hughes, and myself,
really cranked it to the ends,
and really had a blast.
(soft rock music)
I keep thinking two down, two to go.
The weather has been wonderful,
and kind of being out here on the river was great,
and riding everyday was great.
But, it's not not punishing.
